Janet Elie Faulkner provides guidance to employers, educational institutions, hospitals and non-profit organizations. She conducts independent investigations for employment, faculty, Title IX, research, and athletics matters. Janet provides legal advice to organizations with limited access to in-house counsel, or which seek to reduce the costs typically associated with outside law firms. Janet has over twenty years of prior experience as in-house counsel for major Boston institutions. She is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, New York, Vermont, and the
